Join me for three nourishing days at beautiful Loarp Herrgård in Skåne — surrounded by forests, silence, fresh air, homemade food, and the soft golden light of late summer.

Late summer is a unique transition in nature — a soft shift between activity and rest, between yang and yin. Nature begins to slow down, ripen, and gather itself. And we are invited to do the same.

Together we will explore:

– What are you bringing with you from summer?
– What are you ready to release?
– What wants to grow in your life and work in the coming season?

What you will experience:

– Yin & Yang yoga for balance and integration
– Breathwork for regulation, presence, and flow
– Journaling and reflection to clarify inner direction
– Walking meditation and silence in nature
– Grounding practices inspired by the Earth element
– Sauna, pool, deep rest, and time to simply be
– Beautiful homemade meals prepared with care and love

This is a time to land more deeply in yourself, strengthen your inner foundation, and reconnect with what truly matters. Supported by the grounding energy of late summer, you are invited to set intentions that arise from within — and carry you into autumn with clarity, calm, and strength.

In both yoga philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, late summer is connected to the Earth element — the energy of stability, nourishment, grounding, and inner balance. When the Earth element is strong, we feel rooted, present, and more connected to our direction in life and work.

On this retreat, we work with one essential focus:
How to create and embody a true inner intention.

Intention is not simply a thought. It is a felt direction in the body.
It requires stillness, presence, honesty, and space to listen inward.
