This is a space for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep reconnection.
We don’t just experience stress mentally — it is also held and stored in the body.

Unprocessed pressure, emotions, and overload do not disappear — they are stored in the nervous system, breath, muscles, and energy system. Over time this can show up as fatigue, anxiety, tension, sleep disruption, emotional reactivity, or a constant feeling of being “on” without being able to fully switch off.

This is where transformation begins: through the body. Energy flows where attention goes.

When attention is constantly directed outward — toward demands, expectations, and stimulation — the system becomes fragmented. When attention returns to the body, breath, and inner awareness, the system begins to reorganise, release, and restore balance.

My work supports this process by working directly with the nervous system and the body’s stored stress patterns, not only the mind. Through breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, Reiki healing, chakra balancing, and energy-based practices, we work with what is held inside the system so it can begin to move, soften, and release.

This supports:

  • chronic stress and burnout symptoms
  • anxiety and emotional overwhelm
  • mental fatigue and overstimulation
  • sleep disruption and exhaustion
  • physical tension and body-based stress patterns
  • lack of energy, motivation, or clarity
  • emotional imbalance or numbness
  • difficulty slowing down or feeling present
  • disconnection from body, intuition, or direction

The aim is to release what is already stored, regulate the nervous system, and restore natural flow in the system.

Sessions are individually tailored and may include breathwork, body awareness, nervous system regulation, meditation, and energy work.
All sessions take place online or at Elysium Yoga Studio in Taarbæk — a calm space between forest and sea designed for deep restoration and nervous system reset.
