Yoga Therapy is not just a treatment — it is an awakening.
A return to your own wisdom, strength, and energy.

It is a deeply personal and restorative process, where we work one-to-one to reconnect you with your body, your breath, and your inner awareness. A space created for you to slow down, listen inward, and gently release what your system has been holding.

We work with the body’s energy, the chakras, the nervous system, and the subtle patterns held within physical and emotional layers. Each posture becomes a doorway — supporting the release of tension, shifting stagnant energy, and allowing the body to process and integrate what has been stored over time.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and awareness, you reconnect with your natural rhythm. The body softens, the mind clears, and a sense of inner alignment begins to emerge — steady, grounded, and sustainable.

Each session is fully tailored to you.
You will receive personalised practices and guidance, including a home programme to support continued integration beyond the session.

Practical Information
1 session (75 min): DKK 1,500
Package of 5 sessions (75 min each): DKK 6,000
Package of 10 sessions (75 min each): DKK 10 000

Location
Sessions take place at Elysium Yoga Studio, Taarbæk — Strandvejen 685C.

Home visits are available in Copenhagen and North Zealand for an additional fee, depending on distance and time.

Private Groups & Coorporate Sessions
Private yoga sessions are also available for small groups (minimum 4 participants, max 8). This can be arranged for families, friends, or as a dedicated group experience.

Sessions can take place at the studio, in your home, or at your company, and are tailored to your specific needs — whether the focus is relaxation, energy, or strengthening connection within a group.

Weekly Monday Yoga – 8.30-9.45 am –  Elysium Yoga Studio
A grounding start to the week with clarity, energy, and presence. Classes run in 12-week seasonal cycles.
