We begin the day at Elysium Yoga Studio, where you are guided through meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement to ground your body and calm your nervous system. From here, we continue our journey into the serene beauty of Dyrehaven, where mindful walking becomes a moving meditation surrounded by centuries-old trees, open landscapes, and the rhythm of nature.
